We are searching for a dedicated Corporate Finance Associate to support our financial team in various transactions involving equity, debt, and capital structuring. The successful candidate will have a passion for finance and analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key financial metrics and trends in the market to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate due diligence activities for potential transactions.
• Support the finance team in the development of financial models and forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is preferred
• CFA or equivalent certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or related fields.
