Construction Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Construction Manager who can manage various construction projects efficiently. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple construction sites.
• Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials.
• Implement project controls and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate communication between all project participants.
• Ensure environmental and sustainability standards are adhered to.
• Train and supervise junior staff and site workers.
• Review and approve contractor billings and payments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMI) are an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management or project supervision
