Marking Room Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marking Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our marking room. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate marking of products. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a schedule for the marking room team.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.
• Manage stocks of marking supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Provide technical support to staff regarding marking tools and software.
• Evaluate the efficacy of current marking practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant diploma in production or manufacturing management preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of quality control principles

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Interpersonal skills
