We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee our operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, skilled in leading teams to ensure a seamless guest experience while maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design strategic plans to optimize the supply chain, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for forecasting and demand planning.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Evaluate and improve supplier performance, negotiating contracts where necessary.
• Conduct regular audits of supply chain operations to ensure efficiency.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track supply chain performance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with finance for budget and forecasting data management.
• Train and mentor procurement and logistics teams to foster a productive environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
