We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing investment strategies, and executing trades to maximize client returns. You will be involved in high-stakes financial transactions that require a thorough understanding of market trends and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create tailored investment portfolios that align with clients' financial goals.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess market conditions and forecast future trends.
• Present financial recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
• Participate in negotiations for financing and capital transactions.
• Review and interpret financial statements and reports.
• Lead workshops and seminars to educate clients on investment opportunities.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff in investment banking practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
