Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Industrial Engineer to improve operational efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with experience in process optimization and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis to solve production problems.
• Work with production teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Track and analyze production data to identify trends.
• Facilitate workshops focused on continuous improvement.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure effective resource management.
• Lead initiatives to optimize production layouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve material flow.
• Analyze and enhance supplier performance and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Report findings and recommendations to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years in an industrial engineering role is advantageous
