Job Description

We are looking for an adaptable and dedicated Allied Health Technician to join our team in Durban. The role involves assisting healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that treatment plans are implemented effectively. Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support to healthcare professionals during patient assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with medical and legal regulations.
  • Liaise with administrative staff for scheduling and documentation.
  • Help develop educational material for patients and caregivers.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
  • Assist with inventory management of medical supplies.
  • Develop rapport with patients to build trust and enhance therapeutic relationships.
  • Track and report inventory levels for therapy materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Health Sciences or relevant qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a clinical or allied health environment
