Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer support requests and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with understanding our services and products.
  • Effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
  • Document customer interactions to ensure quality service.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide insights on customer feedback.
  • Ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Relevant degree or diploma is preferable
Experience
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
