Power Platform Technical Lead

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Power Platform Technical Lead to join our innovative team. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You will be instrumental in shaping our technology strategies, leading a team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions covering Dataverse, Power BI, and flows.
• Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Automate.
• Lead code reviews and certify production readiness of team outputs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in live systems.
• Document architectural decisions and best practices for the team.
• Mentor junior engineers in coding and troubleshooting.
• Identify new features and enhancements for ongoing development.
• Run workshops and develop educational materials for the team.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in Power Platform solutions
