Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a background in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapies. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients through interviews and assessments.
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals.
• Ensure the confidentiality of client information and sessions.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on mental health topics.
• Review and update treatment protocols regularly.
• Support clients in crisis situations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• PhD in Psychology preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience

Technical Skills

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Motivational Interviewing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Psychological Consultant

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
