Job Description

As the Chief Financial Officer of our private hospital group, you will oversee all financial operations, strategic financial planning, and reporting. You will lead a dedicated finance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing financial performance. Your expertise will drive our hospital’s financial strategies and ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and strategy for the hospital.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective treasury management.
• Develop analyses, reports, and dashboard metrics for senior management.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial matters.
• Assist in the development of financial systems and reporting tools.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure financial performance.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee financial training for non-financial staff across the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership finance role
