Generic Pharmacy is on the lookout for a dedicated Pharmacist to support our mission of health improvement in the Durban community. You will provide medication therapy management and health screenings while ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Carry out preventive and restorative dental procedures.
• Educate patients about good oral hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff.
• Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and practices.
• Uphold rigorous health and safety standards in the clinic.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry
• Postgraduate certifications in special dental fields are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of practice in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Radiography

Certifications

• Health Professions Council of South Africa certification
• Infection Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
