Job Description

XYZ Pharmacy is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Pharmacist. As a crucial part of our team, you will dispense medications, advise patients on proper medication usage, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. You will play a vital role in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct consultations and assessments to optimize medication therapy.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy students and interns.
• Evaluate and monitor patient responses to medications.
• Implement new pharmacy services and initiatives.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications in Pharmacy practice preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy

• Certified Diabetes Educator
