Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our customers' needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and tailor our products to meet them.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor offerings and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide feedback on product development based on market demands.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Relevant certifications in sales are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of proven sales experience

Certifications
