Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other engineers and architects, utilizing your technical skills to deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bidding documents.
• Ensure structural designs are compliant with local codes and regulations.
• Work with project teams to manage and resolve technical issues.
• Provide estimates for materials and labor costs for projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Assist in the development of sustainable design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Languages
