As an Industrial Engineer in our Johannesburg office, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives aimed at minimizing costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects to enhance production performance.
• Analyze data related to production processes and suggest necessary changes.
• Support sustainability initiatives through efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients regarding their requirements and project progress.
• Utilize software tools for process modeling and simulation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering

• Statistical Process Control

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
