Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement HR training programs.
• Assist employees in navigating company policies and benefits.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance.
• Create reports on HR activities and employee statistics.
• Promote an ethical and inclusive work environment.
• Assist in the resolution of conflicts and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate wellness programs and initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with all levels of staff.
• Support HR management in strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master’s degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7
• PMP Certification

Languages
