Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Learning Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves developing and implementing training programs designed to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify their training needs, ensuring alignment with our company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful training materials and presentations.
  • Assess and report on the training outcomes to inform future programs.
  • Utilize various instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to employees during their training process.
  • Liaise with management to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay updated on new educational technologies and methodologies.
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, including logistics and scheduling.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
Technical Skills
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
