Job Description

We are searching for a knowledgeable Investment Banking Associate eager to engage in market research, due diligence, and financial modeling. You'll work closely with senior bankers and assist them in managing client relationships and transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake financial modeling and valuation for various transactions.
• Assist with the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
• Compile and present key financial metrics to the team.
• Engage in negotiations and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide research support for potential investments.
• Document and streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline
• MBA in Finance or related field is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial advisory or investment banking

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• PowerPoint Proficiency

Soft Skills

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 or higher is highly regarded

Languages
