Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to enhance operational effectiveness in our Durban branch. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, liaising with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement administrative policies.
  • Manage billing and insurance processes.
  • Coordinate patient follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist in the implementation of new health programs.
  • Evaluate efficiency of administrative systems and processes.
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in community outreach programs.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement improvements.
  • Conduct staff training on regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare
