Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner who will play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable events for a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and exceptional organizational skills to manage all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Design event themes and concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare event budgets and provide cost estimates.
• Develop marketing strategies for event promotion.
• Supervise the setup and breakdown of events.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved.
• Ensure the aesthetic and technical aspects of the event are executed as planned.
• Respond to questions and concerns from clients and attendees.
• Evaluate vendor performance post-event.
• Contribute to the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to share updates and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Advanced certification in event management is highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in planning both corporate and social events
