Responsibilities

  • Create job specifications and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication efficiently.
  • Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification on potential hires.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Support clients with onboarding processes and retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment or a related field
