Responsibilities

• Implement security best practices and monitor for vulnerabilities.
• Assist in developing the IT disaster recovery plan.
• Perform capacity planning and system performance analysis.
• Manage user accounts and administrative rights.
• Provide assistance in technical projects and new system deployments.
• Report on system performance and issues to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications are advantages

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in IT administration

• SQL Databases
• Disaster Recovery Planning

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
