Responsibilities

• Drive the e-commerce strategy to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
• Ensure that the online store is user-friendly and optimised for conversions.
• Conduct market research to inform decisions and identify customer needs.
• Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve objectives.
• Create compelling product descriptions and content for the website.
• Leverage social media and digital advertising to drive traffic.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot and enhance website performance.
• Organise training sessions for team members on e-commerce practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce management or digital marketing

• E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
