Compress Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Compress Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining compress machines to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of delivering high-quality plastic products to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor compression molding machines.
• Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain and clean machines and work area.
• Report machinery malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Certificate in Machine Operations or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
