We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind and a strong grasp of financial modeling. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and providing crucial insights to support our financial decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports for stakeholders.
• Support the development of business cases for new projects.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes.
• Investigate variances between budget and actual results.
• Support strategic initiatives with actionable financial insights.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
