Accountant

Job Description

Dynamic Finance Solutions is on the lookout for an Accountant to help manage our financial operations in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee bookkeeping activities, tax preparation, and ensure compliance with financial legislation. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts and statements.
• Prepare tax returns and manage tax compliance.
• Implement effective accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis activities.
• Support the finance team in other financial projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (CIMA, SAIPA, or equivalent) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software Proficiency (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• Taxation Knowledge
• Financial Reporting

Languages

• English: Fluent
