Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The right candidate will have a keen understanding of search algorithms and a proven track record in managing SEO strategy to improve organic search performance for various clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of SEO tasks.
• Perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues.
• Optimize website architecture for improved indexing.
• Provide insights for paid search strategy based on organic data.
• Engage with clients to understand their goals and report results.
• Evaluate the success of SEO strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the web development team for implementation of changes.
• Assist in developing training materials for SEO initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of SEO experience with proven results

Technical Skills

• Link Building Techniques
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Certifications

• Advanced SEO Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Google Tag Manager: Proficient in setting up and managing tracking through Google Tag Manager.
