UX Designer

Job Description

Join our creative team as a UX Designer and play a key role in determining how users interact with our products. You will utilize your expertise to conduct user testing, iterate on designs, and develop visually compelling solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs through research and analytics.
• Design and test solutions to improve user experience.
• Create and present detailed design specifications.
• Implement feedback from usability sessions to enhance products.
• Collaborate with product management to align on project goals.
• Document design processes and rationale.
• Keep up with new design tools and technologies.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining design guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field
• Master's degree or higher is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital agency

Languages
