HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources efforts in Durban. You will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives while ensuring compliance with all labour laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Design HR processes and policies to ensure effective talent management.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct employee surveys and take action on the feedback received.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implement and manage employee wellness programs.
• Handle disciplinary issues and ensure appropriate follow-up in case of disputes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Masters in Human Resources Management is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
