Remotely Piloted Aircraft Operator (RPA Operator)

Job Description

The RPA Operator will be responsible for operating and controlling drones across various industries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and the ability to perform under pressure while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute drone operations for aerial surveys, inspections, and filming.
• Ensure all flight operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze captured data and provide insights to the team.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their aerial needs.
• Mentor junior operators and help them improve their skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drone technology advancements.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for flight operations.
• Implement safety measures to mitigate risks during operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Aviation or Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating drones commercially
