Responsibilities

• Prepare and present design proposals to clients that include conceptual sketches and 3D models.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices.

• Evaluate existing structures for renovation and adaptive reuse potential.
• Create budget estimates and manage project costs effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in sustainable architecture is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years in architectural design with a portfolio of completed projects
