Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Manager, where you will lead complex construction projects, guaranteeing that quality standards and deadlines are met. Your leadership will play a crucial role in coordinating efforts among various stakeholders while handling budget management and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Supervise site operations and maintain operations schedules.
  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts for projects.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Prepare daily reports on site progress and issues.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for permits and inspections.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment among subcontractors.
  • Evaluate the performance of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Implement sustainable construction practices where possible.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role within construction
