Job Description

We are seeking skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our dynamic textile team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in operating various sewing machines, capable of producing high-quality garments.

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare materials for sewing according to specifications.
• Maintain clean and organised workstations.
• Assist in inventory management of fabric and supplies.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Certificate in Textile Manufacturing (preferred)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in textile or fabric production

Advantageous

• Experience in Quality Assurance: Background in quality assurance to ensure product specifications are met.
