Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs through surveys and performance evaluations.
• Create training manuals and instructional materials to aid learning.
• Deliver engaging workshops and on-the-job training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs, making improvements as necessary.
• Guide employees in their personal development plans.
• Collaborate with external training providers as needed.
• Report on training outcomes to management and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Professional qualifications related to HRD preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Content Development Tools

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Professional Training Certification (PTC)
• Facilitator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
