Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate manufacturing procedures to recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to inform process enhancements.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Manage costs and efficiency of production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

Technical Skills

• Chemical Reaction Engineering
• Process Controls

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer (CCE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in simulation software: Experience in chemical process simulation software.
