Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Culinary Heights in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a pivotal role in managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct restaurant operations and uphold quality standards for service and food.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests and maintain loyalty.
  • Address guest complaints and foster a customer-centric environment.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management is advantageous
