Job Description

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the face of our hospitality group, ensuring a warm welcome and top-notch service to guests. Your role will involve coordinating various guest services, managing requests, and addressing concerns to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate check-in and check-out procedures efficiently for guests.
  • Respond to inquiries about hotel services, hours, and rates.
  • Balance guest accounts and process payments accurately.
  • Assist in creating and executing guest service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve guest satisfaction goals.
  • Handle special requests and reservations with attention to detail.
  • Ensure all public areas are clean and welcoming for guests.
  • Conduct post-stay surveys to gather guest feedback and improve services.

Advantageous
