Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor e-commerce strategies to maximize sales.
• Optimize the website for improved conversion rates and user experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales and customer data to gauge performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Develop promotional emails and customer outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• Master's degree in Marketing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce or online retail
