Responsibilities
Adjust machine settings according to specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and reports any issues to management.
Train new operators on proper machine handling and safety procedures.
Document production processes and maintain records.
Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in machining is a plus
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a machine operation role
