Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various metal and plastic manufacturing processes, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings according to specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and reports any issues to management.
• Train new operators on proper machine handling and safety procedures.
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machining is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a machine operation role
