Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from conception through to implementation.
• Ensure research is conducted in a timely manner and within budgetary constraints.
• Evaluate and validate research methodologies for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with statisticians to assess trial data.
• Prepare grant proposals to secure funding for ongoing research initiatives.
• Present findings to stakeholders in both written and oral formats.
• Implement quality control measures for all research outputs.
• Participate in peer-reviews for scientific journals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Health Sciences or relevant discipline
• PhD in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical or laboratory research

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
