Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive design plans for new construction and renovation projects.
  • Analyze structural loads and materials to ensure safety and sustainability.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering solutions into projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory approvals.
  • Advise clients on project feasibility and cost estimates.
  • Implement best practices in project management and engineering design.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for project staff.
  • Utilize CAD software for design and visualization tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in complex structural projects
