Looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who can drive product design initiatives and contribute to our innovative projects. You'll play an important role in the full product development cycle, from concept through to production. The successful applicant will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanics team in creating innovative designs that meet customer needs.
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality and delivery of components.
• Analyze test results and adjust designs as necessary to meet performance standards.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Utilize software tools for simulation and analysis of mechanical systems.
• Conduct peer reviews of designs to maintain high standards of engineering.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities within the engineering team processes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product design within the engineering sector

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
