We are on the lookout for a proficient Investment Banker who is passionate about the financial markets. This role will involve assessing investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting mergers and acquisitions by providing expert-level financial assessments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment banking opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Create comprehensive financial models for client assessments.
• Prepare and deliver investment proposals to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial regulations and market trends.
• Liaise with clients, legal teams, and external partners.
• Assist in the formulation of strategic business plans.
• Drive client engagement and retention strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote investment products.
• Train and supervise junior associates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or advanced diploma in investment banking is advantageous

• 3+ years of experience in financial services
