You will coordinate with clients and vendors, manage logistics, and execute events from start to finish, making every occasion a success.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed event plans, outlining goals, timelines, and resources needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to event planning, including permits and insurance.
  • Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with client branding.
  • Set and track KPIs to assess event success and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a small team of event assistants or interns during busy periods.
  • Implement sustainable practices in event execution to minimize environmental impact.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Event Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale event planning
