Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Operations Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to protecting our organisation from cyber threats. You will develop and implement security measures while overseeing incident response and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the response to security incidents and breaches.
• Ensure compliance with local and international cybersecurity regulations.
• Review and enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.
• Develop incident response strategies and conduct tabletop exercises.
• Collaborate with external security partners and vendors.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in real-time.
• Audit security systems and processes periodically.
• Update and maintain security documentation.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate risk analysis and vulnerability assessment workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations management
