• Matric (Grade 12) required
• Diploma or degree in Retail Management or Business is advantageous
• Retail operations management Expertise in managing retail store operations and performance.
• Sales strategy implementation Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Customer service orientation Strong focus on delivering excellent service to customers.
• Certified Retail Management Professional
• First Aid Certification is a plus
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience in e-commerce operations: Knowledge of online retail management and sales channels.
