Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store management including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure all team members are trained on products and services.
• Drive foot traffic and promote sales through effective marketing.
• Build relationships with customers and foster a community around the brand.
• Report sales and operational metrics to upper management.
• Lead by example in meeting customer expectations and company values.
• Oversee loss prevention measures to protect company assets.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) required
• Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management with a proven track record

Certifications
