Job Responsibilities
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to improve online sales.
  • Enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing.
  • Utilize e-commerce software to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to troubleshoot issues.
  • Engage in continuous learning about e-commerce technologies and tools.
  • Develop partnerships with digital influencers to boost brand awareness.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and e-commerce events.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly and accessible for all customers.
  • Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries promptly.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Google Analytics Expert in using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
  • SEO/SEM Advanced knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) Experience managing products on popular e-commerce platforms.
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Proficient in utilizing email marketing tools to drive engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking An ability to devise and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Strong ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Certified E-commerce Professional
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Fluent)
