Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our vibrant finance team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will help assess financial performance and forecast financial trends, working closely with various departments to provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly financial statements and reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
• Evaluate operational performance metrics and recommend changes.
• Provide training and support on financial systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• MBA with a focus on Finance is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a finance department
