Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Workers to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing equipment, demonstrating a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance tasks according to established protocols and safety regulations.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess the condition of machinery.
• Assist with the installation of new machinery and upgrades as required.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the maintenance manager.
• Maintain a high standard of work quality and attention to detail.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights on maintenance best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
• National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or similar is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
